An interest in the threatened flora of the Western Cape of South Africa combined with an artistic talent led Julie Wilson into watercolors, recording, initially, the Ericaceae of the Cape "fynbos", or "fine bush".
Julie's main interest is to paint native and threatened species accurately while at the same time creating a pleasing portrait.
